Racing is an excellent way to build up your skills. We support members wishing to get into sailing by teaching rules and tactics. We also work with you to refine what you will have learnt to-date.
Racing takes place on Wednesday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays from March to October. From November to December we only sail on Sundays. See the Race Info menu option for detailed calendar.
All the racing members at Yeadon had to learn somewhere so other racers are considerate to new starters and often provide advice during the races.
